|Charge dropped: 50 Cent - pictured here at his arraignment in August - pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism at the same court in Van Nuys, California on Monday
A restraining order remains in place.
As with all domestic violence cases in California, Jackson must keep at least 100 feet away from Daphne Narvaez, and must not seek to contact her or any family members while the case is active.
At his arraignment, a Los Angeles County judge also ordered the Candy Shop singer to submit any weapons in his possession to law enforcement within the next 24 hours, it's not clear when he can get them back.
The charges against Jackson stemmed from a police report filed by Narvaez claiming that the performer destroyed property at her Toluca Lake condo on June 23.
Narvaez says she locked herself in her bedroom only to have Jackson break open the door and kicked her, causing injury. Police estimated the $7,100 in damage to her home.
Guns be gone: Jackson must also submit all weapons to police
Narvaez, who models under the stage name Daphne Joy, told police she had been in a three-year relationship and has a baby with Jackson.
As he was leaving the court on Monday, cameras caught the performer being served with paperwork regarding a child custody battle related to the case.
50 Cent has not acknowledged having a child with Narvaez, though he does have a 16-year-old son named Marquise with his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins.
