Mechi ya kwanza Columbus, Ohio Simba iliibuka mshindi kwa kuifunga Yanga 2-1 na mechi iliyochezwa DMV na kuchezeshwa na refarii Kazi kutoka Tanzania, timu hizo zilitoka sare ya bao 1-1 na katika mikwaju ya penati Simba ilipata penati 4 na Yanga ilipata penati 3 na hivyo kukubali kipigo kingine kutoka kwa Simba.

Mechi hizi za Yanga na Simba ni sehemu ya kusherehekea Old School Reunion ambayo mwaka huu inafanyika Houston, Texas ambayo safari hii itakua ya aina yake na si ya kukosa.

Old School Reunion ilianzishwa kwa lengo la kuwakutanisha vijana wa enzi zilee katika kukumbuka enzi zao, kwa michezo na burudani inayowakumbusha miaka hiyo walipokua vijana.

Tamasha hili la Old School Reunion lilianzia Columbus, Ohio mwaka 2017, na mwaka uliofuata lilifanyika DMV na sasa mwaka huu mwezi March tarehe 22 na 23 litafanyika Houston, Texas.

Mwitikio ni mkubwa wadau mbalimbali ndani na nje ya Marekani hujitokeza kuhudhuria onyesho hili la vijana wa zamani linalo waunganisha madj wakongwe na madj wenyeji wa jimbo linakofanyikia.

Old School Reunion hii ya mwaka huu, 2019 ni ya aina yake kwa jinsi ya mwamko ulivyokua mkubwa kutoka kila pembe, wadau wengi wameipania sana na hasa inavyokuja mechi ya Yanga na Simba huvutia wachezaji wengi husafiri kutoka kila jimbo ikiwemo Canada na Sweden. Inakua mechi ya kukamiana sana, hakuna timu inayotaka kupoteza mchezo. 

Michezo mingine inayokuwepo ni mpira wa kikapu ambayo hukutanisha wachezaji wa zamani waliochezea timu za Pazi, Vijana Don Bosco na timu nyingine za mchezo huo nchini Tanzania.

Old School Reunion itaanzia Ijumaa March 22, 2019 kwa usiku utakaotawaliwa na nyimbo zinazotamba sasana usiku huo utaitwa KARIBU NIGHT na siku ya Jumamosi saa kumi kamili jioni utachezwa mpambano wa Simba na Yanga na baadae usiku ndio siku inayosubiliwa kwa hamu OLD SCHOOL REUNION usiku utakaowakutanisha vijana wa zamani kukumbuka enzi zao.

Meditation tips 
 1. Sit comfortably with your back supported. Close down your eyes, relaxing the muscles around them, as well as the crown of your head, your forehead and your jaw. Feel your shoulder blades melt down your back. The more the body is relaxed, the more the mind is able to relax into deep meditation.

2. Start by taking some deep breaths, filling up the lungs and exhaling deeply. Repeat this a few more times, before coming back to the natural rhythm of your breath.

3. Gently introduce the mantra, or sound, 'So Hum'. Gently repeat this mantra silently in your head.

4. If any thoughts come and go, allow them to. We're not trying to push these thoughts away, simply bring your awareness back to the mantra each time.

5. Keep repeating the mantra for 6-8 minutes.

6. When you are ready, gently stop repeating the mantra and take a couple of minutes to relax, keeping your eyes closed.

And better rest means more energy, which means more sex.

3. Intimacy
When we’re stressed, we often take out our frustration on those closest to us. For anyone in a relationship, that usually means your partner.  Vedic meditation triggers the brain to release endorphins—hormones which bring about feelings of mild euphoria and well-being.  Naturally this makes you a more pleasant (and present) person to be around, and that leads to greater intimacy with your partner.
